Description:  Proposal Manager with 10+ years of experience managing federal proposal efforts in response to RFIs, RFPs, and BAAs from U.S. Government Agencies (DoD, Federal, NASA). Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Leading, managing, and directing the broad range of activities associated with the proposal development and production process including:
• Developing proposal outline and compliance matrix
• Conducting daily status meetings, establishing and enforcing deadlines
• Coordinating compliance and color team reviews
• Integrating the efforts of functional and technical personnel involved in authoring technical, transition, management, staffing, past performance, small business, and pricing volumes

Proposal Writer with 10+ years of experience supporting federal proposal efforts in response to RFIs, RFPs, and BAAs from U.S. Government Agencies (DoD, Federal, NASA). Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Developing and writing content across multiple domains (e.g. maintenance/repair/operations (MRO), enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise IT, training, logistics, software, cloud, acquisitions, program management, etc.)
• Gather information through interviews, research, and data analysis to provide high quality writing for assigned proposal section(s)
• Provide compliance, readability, quality, messaging, review, proofreading, and editing inputs for proposal team
